Works really well. Easy to operate. Good quality recording even on EP, the lowest quality, longest recording time for a single sided disk. Very happy with the machine.

This product is much easier to use and program than a previous DVD recorder. The quality of recordings is very good even when recording 6 hrs on a single DVD. The service we receive from Overstock. com has been also very good.

This combo VCR/DVR is compatible with all the usual DVD & VHS formats and the machine is sturdy and attractive. It does an excellent job of recording straight from line sources, but has some significant limitations.
It tends to loose the signal when dubbing from another machine, and it apparently has very broad write protect settings because it will not read tapes that copy just fine in other decks.
