If It would let me rate 0 stars, I would....
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my grandmother who lives out of state. I tested it, it worked fine, I shipped it to her. It worked fine for about 2 weeks and then started freezing up. It won't run through the whole slide show and stops in a different place each time. I really thought maybe it was her so I paid yet MORE shipping to have her send it back to me.... It isn't her. It does not work right. After ordering in plenty of time for Christmas & shipping to her, then trying to tech support over the phone with her, then waiting for her to ship it back, yada yada yada, I am out of the Amazon return time. I have read horrible reviews about returning to the manufacturer, but I guess that is the next step. Spend a few extra dollars and SKIP THIS ONE!!!

This frame is definitely NOT worth buying. It will always freeze up, it hasn't made it throught he slideshow once. After that I decided I should return it. Ritz Camera will not respond with the return authorization number needed to send it back. It has been two weeks now with three phone calls. tonight I am going to e-mail them and see if that works. The resolution is horrible on it as well, but that could be dealt with for the price.
In short, I got a frame that doesn't work that I can't return...I feel totally ripped off

I was a little disappointed with this item. I purchased the item for my mother as a Christmas gift. She was very excited with the gift and immediately placed a memory card in to read the pictures she had just taken with her new camera, only to find out that the frame would not read the picture. My husband and I tried 3 different memory cards that should be read by the frame. None of the cards worked. I am so disappointed. I have attempted to return the item to Ritz only to have them stonewall me to wait out the time limit so they will not have to accept the return. This was a waste of money that this educator could not afford.
